Customer Product Ratings for Aqua Blotters (60 Wipes)
4-Star Customer Rating
I purchased this product mostly out of curiousity to find out what exactly is a "lint free" towel. These are not what I expected namely they are like tiny paper towels and they are not at all soft or cushy. They are for drying off the finger one uses to apply ones contacts and not designed for any eye contact themselves. I must say they truly are lint free, they do dry my applicating finger and when I then insert the lens the lens rarely will stick to my finger anymore and it never attracts or gets any sort of lint, fuzzies or pet hair attracted to the lens. I did try to go back to regular towels as my container runs low and immediately had problems with debris like a stray fuzzy or hair from a pet sticking to the lens, as regular soft terry towels get hairs and the like almost woven into them! I do have a large pet family so this benefit alone makes these worth the somewhat high cost. If one is having problems with lint or pet hair sticking to a contact or the contact sticking to the finger and then drying the finger and getting more lint on the finger from the towel these will be well worth the expense, and I only need one of these a day so the container lasts two months.
